STEP 1:
Sign up with ASME national online. When this is completed you will
receive a new members' packet in the mail from ASME. This packet will
include your membership card with you ASME number. Hold on to this, it
is vital information.
STEP 2: Sign up with the UNCC chapter of ASME. Print the local membership form
and fill it out, make sure to fill in your ASME number. There is a
$5.00 fee (FREE for freshman) for joining the UNCC chapter of ASME.
Return your membership form with your cash or check to Joseph Owen's box in the ME Office (Checks should be made
payable to ASME).

E-MENTORING
Choose a mentor from your area of career interest. Student members
review information on prospective mentors online and choose the ones
that best fit their needs. Email your top choices to us and we will
match you on a first come first served basis. For more information

STUDENT MEMBERSHIP CARD, PIN AND CERTIFICATE
Upon becoming a student member of ASME a membership card will be mailed
to you. Students in the United States will receive their membership
certificate and pin from their university's ASME Student Section
advisor. International students will receive their membership pin
by mail. A new membership card will be mailed to you each year
