ECGR 4132/5132/6090-A02,Analog Integrated Circuit Design,Spring 2004
Objective: Learn principles of CMOS Analog IC Design. Topics include, strong-inversion MOS device models, single stage and cascaded amplifiers, differential amplifiers,
current mirrors, frequency response, Opamp architectures, compensation techniques and feedback. The Cadence tool suite is used in circuit simulation and layout.
