2007 Teaching Awards
The Lee College of Engineering has named the winners of its top teaching awards for 2007.
At the undergraduate level, Dr. Jim Bowen of theDepartment of Civil and Environmental Engineering has been named the recipient of the Undergraduate Award in Teaching Excellence.
At the graduate level, Dr. Jiang (Linda) Xie of the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering has been named the recipient of the Graduate Award in Teaching Excellence.
The teaching awards are given in recognition of outstanding performance in education, and the winners are selected from the many wonderful teachers of the Lee College of Engineering.
In recognition of their achievement, Gray's Bookstore has provided support to enable both Dr. Bowen and Dr. Xie to attend the American Society of Engineering Educators (ASEE) national conference.
