The Mosaic Help Desk is located in the Smith Building room 249c. The Help Desk welcomes all Mosaic users with any questions, concerns or suggestions. The Help Desk is also the location for color printouts and duplex printing.
The Help Desk is open Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm. Typically if the University is open the Mosaic Help Desk is also open. For special announcement regarding the Help Desk and services offered by Mosaic, be sure to check the Mosaic Message of the Day or email MLC.
