Mosaic Anywhere for UNIX

NOTE: Mosaic Anywhere for UNIX is only available to users that are logged on to a Mosaic UNIX machine.
  1. Log into a Mosaic UNIX machine and open a terminal window.

  2. Within the terminal window type the command ma and press enter. A Mosaic Anywhere window should appear.

  3. Within the Mosaic Anywhere window search for an available workstation (use the Refresh button to update the list of available workstations).

  4. Select an available workstation, and make sure the resolution options are set to 1024x768 and 16-bit color. Once the resolution has been set, click Connect.

    NOTE: DO NOT select Fullscreen as an resolution option.

  5. After clicking on Connect a remote desktop window should appear. Type in your Mosaic user name and password to log in.

    NOTE: In order to properly exit Mosaic Anywhere, you must log out first (start --> Log Off). DO NOT close the remote desktop window without logging out first.
