Request for Sponsored Mosaic Account

Important Notice:

If you are a new College of Engineering member (student, faculty, staff)  your account on Mosaic is automatically set up. Your Mosaic user id is the same as your NinerNet id for reading UNCC email.  Your initial Mosaic password will be your birth date (MMDDYY) appended to your Bannerid (800 number).  You can log in with your Mosaic ID and password from any Mosaic workstation or using Mosaic Anywhere. To change your Mosaic password open a web browser and go to https://coe.uncc.edu/cgi-bin/changepassword - Be sure to use https!

If you are requesting a new/or a renewal of a sponsored account on Mosaic please use the following form. Kindly go through the Mosaic Account Eligibility Policy to check if you qualify for a Mosaic Account before submitting a request. The faculty sponsor you list will be notified of this request.The sponsor is required to issue an approval to activate a sponsored account on Mosaic.

Request for Reactivation of suspended Mosaic Account

Important Notice:

If you are a new College of Engineering member (student, faculty, staff)  your account on Mosaic is automatically set up. Your Mosaic user id is the same as your NinerNet id for reading UNCC email.  Your initial Mosaic password will be your birth date (MMDDYY) appended to your Bannerid (800 number).  You can log in with your Mosaic ID and password from any Mosaic workstation or using Mosaic Anywhere.

The reactivation of a suspended Mosaic Account is only possible if approved by the Mosaic Help Coordinator.Please allow time for the processing of this request in the event that a restore of your data is required.
