Recently Yahoo has disabled older clients from connecting to their servers.  This has been done previously by other 3^rd party IM providers.  Mosaic simply no longer has the bandwidth to keep up with these requests.  Starting in Mid October, we will be uninstalling all of the IM clients from Mosaic except Windows Live Messenger.  We realize this will impact some of our users and are offering alternative products. A web-based alternative can be found here: http://www.meebo.com/ We have found that the Pidgin Portable edition IM client seems to work well and can be installed by the end-user into either their Mosaic account or onto a USB flash drive.  The setup process is simple.
