Ten days before your account expires, you will receive an email notification.  If you will still need access to your Mosaic account or receive this email in error, please see the Mosaic Helpdesk located in Smith 249C.

In order to request an extension of your Mosaic Account, please file a ticket here.  Please provide adequate information in your request such as the reason you would like an extension, the amount of time you would like the extension to last, and a reliable way to contact you.
