What is ENGR 3295?
ENGR 3295 is a
multi-disciplinary professional development course offered to juniors and
seniors in the Civil & Environmental, Electrical & Computer and
Mechanical Engineering programs. The course is offered each fall and spring
semester. This course is required for graduation in our college. It is a 1
credit hour, pass/no credit course. You will not receive a letter grade for
this course. Grading is based on attendance and completed homework assignments.
What is the course content?
The syllabus
for fall 2008 provides a
schedule of all course topics and events (including locations) and links for
the homework assignments. It also
identifies which sessions are required and which are optional and explains
grading, attendance and points of contact. We suggest you print out a copy of
this syllabus and carry it with you to class each week. It is YOUR responsibility to know what
sessions are required and which are optional.

YES, homework is required and must be
completed in order to pass this course.

Homework is the tool that is used to ‘collect’ homework for this course.

Mechanical). YOU are responsible for
ensuring your homework is submitted to the correct course and section on
time.

Extra Outside seminar
slips can be obtain at each class session or you can print off your own
copy.
*Typically Open Sessions will have special ‘pre-printed’ slips which
will be handed out at the END of each of the open sessions.
PLEASE
be sure your FULL NAME is printed on each and every seminar slip! Slips can be turned in any time throughout
the course. ALL slips MUST be turned in by 12/5/08, 5:00 pm to Smith 228.
