If you have a specific project for which you wish to seek private funding, this form should be completed to seek clearance to begin the fund-raising process and to facilitate planning.  Each project will be reviewed by the appropriate department chairperson, dean and vice chancellor as to its compatibility with departmental and/or area goals and its priority for fund raising.  Please fill out Sections 1 through 3 completely before submitting this form to the appropriate person to begin the approval process.  The Development Office encourages a coordinated approach to fund raising and is available to provide guidance.
