SHPE Meeting 03/11/2008

-5:10 pm - Hispanic-Latino Fair - Saturday April 26th, 2008 from 12:00 - 3:00 pm at East Mecklenburg High School, 6800 Monroe Rd. Charlotte, NC, 28212. Email Ana if you are able to attend this event. We need as many volunteers as possible. If you are
in university area we can car pool in front of Duke at 11:15 am.
-5:20 pm - On Saturday April 26th after hispanic-latino fair we are meeting at Don Pedro's and then we are playing laser tag next door. -5:25 pm - Operational Fund Grant Request was submitted by Carlos. Carlos and Ana will be at the hearing on March 17th at 4:30 pm.
-5:27 pm - Grant money will be used to buy T-shirts for members and pay for recruitment event scheduled on Sept 2nd.
-5:30 pm - Recruitment event on Sept 2nd from 12:30 - 2:00 pm. Need someone to reserve game room at the SAC for the recruitment event
Need someone to talk to Chartwell's about the food. Ana will be in charge of flyer and will send email to advertise event.
-5:40 pm - Sept 6th - anyone that's interested, we will be playing soccer here at school at 4:00 pm. Ed will find out where and will let us know.
-5:50 pm - Next meeting March 25th at 5:00 pm Smith 267.
